Watched and enjoyed "The Illusionist." Romantic and atmospheric. And I'm about to download the soundtrack by Philip Glass. Great fuck music. To my taste, anyway.

Actually, I started that thread! What you like depends on taste and mood, of course. I used to get pounded on my living room floor to IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER. BRAVEHEART goes well with kink -- the "Battle of Bannockburn" comes just about the time things get rough. This latest recomendation, above, is more quiet, but restless, mysterious with classical resonance. (Sounds like a description for Merlot!)

 

Would be fun to have this list updated. So......suggestions, guys?

 

I once had a dull (free) trick here and, feeling gracious, told him to pick out a CD for hook-up time. He chose the 1812 Overture. Didn't see him again. I like guys with more subtle taste.

Have shacked up with the Brazilian Rocha many times over the years and he goes crazy for the music from Cirque du Soleil's "Saltimbanco".

 

It builds and builds over 30 minutes or so to this great pounding section.

I like her live album -- Connie Francis at Carnegie Hall (maybe) ---

but she does too much talking, which kind of breaks the mood. Connie talks about being a virgin well into her 20s, another mood breaker.

 

Otherwise, it's a very good CD even if I don't remember where it was recorded.

When I was very young, Ravel's "Bolero" was always considered ideal for a long fuck. Later it was anything by the Moody Blues (they're actually still alive and performing right here in Palm Springs!). I'll be honest, when it comes time for sex almost anything in the background is OK for me. But during the preamble, foreplay, makeout time, give me singers with deep voices. Male or female, doesn't matter. Think Barry White (is he too much of a cliche? I think not), Hoodie and the Blowfish or Anita Baker. Want something a little more contemporary and not as deep? Try John Mayer.
