This guy maps visually to "LucasBrazil" on Rentmasseur - who, appropriately enough, says "My name is Lucas. I am from Brazil."

 

Meanwhile, "Lucas Brazil" (who looks nothing like "LucasBrazil") has already disappeared from Masseurfinder.

 

In short, the glitch in the matrix has been repaired.
