Hey everyone out here in the northwest! I hope that y'all are staying warm, dry and aren't getting too wind blown while out and about. I just got in from a quick ride on the scoot to grab some coffee and WOW! I feel like I am back out in Chicago (*sniffles* I miss Chitown :() it is THAT windy out. Everyone be safe and if you haven't stock up on the candles, batteries (get your minds out of the gutter) and flashlights.

Hugs,

Greg

Take cover, kiddo.

I just saw a news report about hurricane-force winds hampering rescue efforts on Mt. Hood. Hope you have indoor parking for the scoot!

No it is open air parking. I went out there to make sure that both the scoot and motorcycle were still standing up right and hadn't fallen on the building managers car or the car next to our bikes LOL.

Greg

I've been following the weather news a bit and think conditions are freaky in quite a few places. You guys are getting lots of storms and wind; actually I kind of like stormy weather but not to the point where the tiles are blowing off the roof LOL!

Here in eastern Canada (Montreal) we are having very untypical mild weather, yesterday hit 50 degrees and no snow in sight for Christmas. This is going to ruin my skiing vacation planned for the week between Christmas and New Years unless something changes quickly.

In Europe they have no snow in the Alps;what a disaster. I have many fond memories of skiing there when I lived in Europe back in the 80's. It was a beautiful way to spend the weekends, skiing those beautiful runs with lots of stops to drink the wine along the way and sit in the sun, looking out over the world.
