.....wow.....he's got the groovy moves DOWN!......despite the bothersome static-y horizontal lines, he looks FINE!......keep your eyes on him throughout, especially for the very few seconds Petula dances with him at 1:47....

 

as always, the comments section is fantastic....to wit:

 

The background "dancers" give the video the feel of an anthropological study. Like they found a tribe of absolutely rhythm-less people and exposed them to music in order to record the results. I hope someone got a Ph.D. out of all this.

Actually you are showing your age. That was the way people danced in the early sixties until rock got a bit harder edged and the movements became less stylized and more animalistic.
