Oh and what caused me to post this thread? A tv show of course. In the recent episode of "The Good Doctor" there was Yo-yo.

I was the yo-yo champion of my street. It was a small street.

I remember, in the 60's, a yo-yo "champ" would occasionally visit outside a discount store, demonstrating yo-yo tricks. Most of us kids bought one after seeing that. Most of us couldn't perform the tricks we saw.

1962 (freshman year) with a real yo-yo who believed Rock Hudson was "queer."
