Ask a two-part question, get a two-part answer.

For the second part of your question, anyone in the world can legally call themselves Hooboy. The name is in no way protected or trademarked to my knowledge.

If Hooboy didn't have health insurance, I seriously doubt he bothered to get a trademark on the business name "Hooboy." And we all know the story behind no will. (I don't recall ever seeing a trademark symbol appearing with the name.) With no trademark protection, anybody can use the name HooBoy, including someone who wishes to compete with Mr. Rhoades.

Frankly, I think the idea of using (stealing) a popular dead man's name is contemptuously STUPID. It assumes all escorts and the men who purchase them are brainless. It also assumes that any man who used and cared about Hooboy's original site has no loyalty or feelings and is ripe for a duping. Business 101: never play your customer for a fool (unless you're a business named Tom Isern). You will pay the price, eventually (or attract the worst kind of customer).

Now, if well-known names like Benjamin Nicholas, Scott Adler, Steven Draker, Rick Munroe, etc., demonstrate support for this site, then, maybe other questions will need to be asked. It's hard to say in the world of escorting just how far respect for a dead man will last.

Thanks Rockhead! Keep on slamming me whenever you get the opportunity. It just forwards people to my site and keeps the emails and business rolling in. You are well known as the #1 internet troll on this site, so negative words from you are high praise indeed!!

Took a quick look at the review site. Old pictures and old information on the few men I know that are pictured on the site.

After a few clicks, you are at a membership page. Seems likely this is a make a quick buck site.

"It just forwards people to my site and keeps the emails and business rolling in."

Your site? You mean that tired, old page from rentboy with the silly, goofy face-behind-the-grid pic? Do you own rentboy, too, dear? Editing those reviews?

Oh, and about that boom in business...yeah, I'm too happy to send income your way. Maybe with more clients you'll have less time to be nasty here. ("You ignorant hypocrite!")

"You are well known as the #1 internet troll on this site"

I do have other sites quoting and talking about me so maybe I am "well known." But, honey, don't you wish I was a troll. Even if I offered proof that I'm the real deal, dear, your ego and your vanity would just continue to deny, deny, deny. Don't forget, dear, I know your game and it is sick and pathetic.

"so negative words from you are high praise indeed!"

Only a vain, egotistical idiot would say something so foolish. Enjoy the fantasy! :-)

Ya know, the bickering between you two old queens is really tiresome.

I quite agree - and RockHard who claims to be such an astute businessman should figure out that his gratuitous slamming of Tom in every post regardless of whether it is about Tom or not, only serves to undermine the image of himself that he works so hard to project.

Me thinks he's not nearly as bright as he would like us to believe.

I wonder if he ever found himself some satisfactory underwear? He might want to try Depends.

Yo, unzipped mouth, I'll bet you enjoyed writing that little bicker aimed at me. I'll give you some attention, dear:

"RockHard who claims to be such an astute businessman should figure out that his gratuitous slamming of Tom in every post regardless of whether it is about Tom or not, only serves to undermine the image of himself that he works so hard to project."

Undermine my image? Here? Where I'm not selling anything? Are you kidding me? Since when do "astute businessmen" behave like saints? Ask me if I care what unzipped-mouth thinks of me and my "astute businessman" opinion. As far as I'm concerned, I'm having fun, just like Tom Isern.

"Me thinks he's not nearly as bright as he would like us to believe."

Me knows your not too bright. (I'll show you my wattage if you me show yours?)

"I wonder if he ever found himself some satisfactory underwear? He might want to try Depends."

Don't quite your day job, sweetie. A comic writer you're not.

Living in Seattle I checked out what was going on in my city and there are a few pics that are quite old, try dating back to at least 2001. Also I think that the site has been around for quite some time most likely again dating back to about 2001 give or take.

Don't be so obtuse. You're constantly trying to sell us on how important and well connected you are.

Since when do "astute businessmen" behave like

>saints?

Most people would prefer they act like humans. Keep trying sweetie - you're getting close.

Ask me if I care what unzipped-mouth thinks of me and

Well if you don't care, why would you bother to take the time to post your lame reply.

Yah right!

My mother warned me about men like you.

I wasn't trying to be funny, I was just concerned that you had found the correct thread count to cover you abundant ass.

"You're constantly trying to sell us on how important and well connected you are."

And, obviously, you're not well connected and feel unimportant, otherwise why view certain facts and details about someone's life and career as a sales pitch? Why on earth should I care if you, an anonymous poster on an escort forum, believe my life story?

If you were more obtuse, unzippedmouth, you'd realize that all gay men's lives and careers are not created equal and you're free to speak your mind. So am I.

"Well if you don't care, why would you bother to take the time to post your lame reply."

Rein in your ego, sweetie. I write a reply when I feel like it and not because I care.

"My mother warned me about men like you."

She was right to do so.

For someone who claims to find bickering tiresome, unzipped mouth, you sure know how to wallow. Hypocrite, anyone?

Me thinks zipperzone lonely. I'm happy to help.

The domain name of the url was created March 2006. If the contents of the site have been around for longer, they were viewable under a different domain name.

Dear God - help! he's another egomaniac who has to have the last word, regardless of how inane it is.

Unlike you, unzipped mouth, I'm proud of my healthy ego. No man can piss and shit on me without my permission. You started this bicker-fest, hypocrite, and, however long you wish to continue it, I will come back to slap you down, regardless of your "last word" defensive bullshit. You asked for this negative attention. Maybe next time you'll think twice before you unzip that mouth of yours.

I'm planning on having a built-in bar made for my den and was wondering what alcohol you guys would recommend as a basic stock situation and do you have any preferance as to brands?

Also need to know what glasswear you like to serve drinks in. Are the classic martini glasses still a favorite?
