Went to Hero Spa, staff were extremely RUDE. Massage was ok with a nice guy, but entire staff either ignores you, or stares at you like you have 2 heads. The person who I presume to be the manager or owner, was on his phone and did not look up once to say hello. Not a welcoming experience, and no training in customer service.

I've never heard of Hero, but based on your avatar name, I'm going to guess it's some kind of massage establishment in NYC. Sorry that happened to you.

Been to Hero maybe 10 tImes and NEVER had this experience. Staff & desk was always polite and welcoming. Hope this was an isolated experience and the exception NOT THE RULE.
