Have you ever come across a companion (or perhaps you, yourself have experienced this) that ejaculates without orgasm (anorgasmic ejaculation I believe it is called)?

This weekend I had my first experience of this - my companion was hard and during our play time he ejaculated at least three times in a 10 minutes period, before finally achieving orgasm and ejaculating some more.

He told me it happens to him often. I did a bit of online searching but could not find much around what the cause if this may be and if there are any risks associated to it...

Orgasm and Ejaculation are two separate processes.

With Orgasm being defined as the physical and emotional sensation experienced at the peak of sexual excitation, usually resulting from stimulation of the sexual organ and usually accompanied in the male by ejaculation.

Ejaculation is defined as the act or process of ejaculating, especially the discharge of semen by the male reproductive organs.

What you're describing is multiple occurrences of ejaculation with the the last one occurring with an orgasm.

Multiple ejaculations tend to be self-regulating as they are dependent on the supply of sperm from the testicles, the supply of prostatic fluid from the prostate gland, and some fluid provided by the seminal vesicles.

Multiple ejaculations while not common, happens enough to be a delightful surprise and should not be of concern. Ejaculations can also happen with a placid penis of which has happened to me three times in my life.

Physically, how would they differ from each other?

I often can’t get it up but I can ejaculate while soft. When I do get it up and with the right stimulation, usually visual, the ejaculation is accompanied by the body shaking uncontrollably.

Medical science has made the distinction between orgasm and ejaculation as seperate processes for a long while.

Many of my ejaculations happen without orgasm, so much so that I don't always enjoy ejaculating. When a man is able to seperate his orgasm from his ejaculation, it is possible for him to become multi-orgasmic.

If interested you can search for softwave and hardwave orgasms (and multiple orgasms in men).

What happened to me a few months ago, I felt like I was close to cumming, and as I began to ejaculate, I felt like an orgasm/climax wasn't there yet. Fortunately, he kept stimulating me, and all of sudden, it was all I could do to hang onto him as I began to orgasm/climax while it felt like I was continuing to ejaculate. Felt great.

I'm not sure it's what @KeepItReal was referring to, but until I read this, I just thought it was due to Flomax and Finasteride meds.

Experienced this when I started taking an antidepressant. Might have been coincidence, but at the time it seemed cause and effect. Still happens to me while wanking and edging, small ejaculations without the orgasm. It congeals and mucks up the lube. I know, first world problems and all.

Spontaneous ejaculation w/ flaccid penis happened every time I had a good massage - up into my mid 50s - no direct stimulation by masseur - semen flowed from me like lava.

Now I need the masseur to help and they all do:) either manually or orally!

I am just as surprised as the OP. I had never heard of this in males and, with me, they always have happened together, never as separate processes.

Just the other day after a long edging session I had a powerful orgasam w/o ejaculation - POWERFUL. Ejaculation occurred later when I received a BJ.

A friend who had a radical prostatectomy (prostate and seminal glands removed due to prostate cancer) tells me that he has pretty intense orgasms without the ejaculation. Before the surgery he was like most men in that the orgasm ended with the ejaculation. Without the ejaculation, the orgasm seems to go on and on. Rather than having an abrupt ending, it gradually fades away.

I can't really tell you what it felt like - did not happen to me but to my companion and I did not want to ask too many questions; don't know him that well and did not want things to become awkward after we had had such a great time. He was definitely having a good time though! To be clear - this was over a period of about 10 minutes where he ejaculated 4 times! :D
