How about the “flip side”? MTF escorts. My positive experiences have been with MTF who have had successful top/breast surgery/enhancement, but are still male from the waist down.

 

In particular (no names will be mentioned) I met and hired a very beautiful Twink 20-year-old escort about five years ago. We met five or six times. Ultimately he called me up, and said he was getting out of male escorting because he was transitioning to female. We talked, and he agreed to meet me occasionally during his progress. I must say perhaps because he was such a beautiful twink...his transition was amazing. She was strikingly beautiful. We met I think 3 times, once during hormone therapy and later after the top/enhanced surgery.

 

Ultimately I think she found the “sponsor“ who is taking care of all of her needs, and she kind of disappeared out of my life.
