All of them were "OK" looking but not one to die for. Frankly, I've seen much sexier looking barkeeps in dozens of gay bars all over the place. Bet you have too.

Yes, sometimes he will wear a g-string. Sometimes he wears mesh clingy pants which you can see through completely. Sometimes he wears a leather g-string that has the front snapping on and sometimes he just lets the front flap down.
