Photos look very much like those of a masseur who used to advertise under the name Killian. Here is a thread on Killian so you can judge for yourself before booking him. If it is Killian, I saw him once and his services are purely therapeutic. He does take his shirt off but that’s it. Massage was unmemorable.

Not at all unusual, but there are many guys who are reluctant to hire without a face pic. I don't think it's shady, I just would rather see who I'm hiring. I went to amateur night at my local dance club last night and one of the new amateurs wore a baseball cap so low that you could barely make out his features.
