He was supposed to be sentenced early this month. It's not clear if he has been out on bail since May or in lockup. Even if he were out on bail it would be imprudent at best for him to see clients.

as of now, it appears sentencing is scheduled for July 25......a search of current Clark County, NV, records appears to suggest (?) he remains in custody awaiting that sentencing date......

 

sorry, but I don't want to answer PMs asking for more information......if you know his real name, you can try to do your own googling around, I suppose......this is certainly a very rough time for all involved and I hope all turns out well, ultimately.......

well he made his downward spiral pretty obvious on his social media so there's usually only three ways that goes, one is getting well, another is the one he is currently going in and the third... well, we've seen enough of our fantasy men end up in that hole. Yes, THAT hole. So I wish the best for him and hopefully this time will be well spent trying to get well so he doesn't end up in either of the other two places again.

unfortunately for many with addiction problems (i have seen derek out many times high as a kite) everything in their lives combines into the users problem. his porn, escorting and many people in his life may all contribute to his dilemma. many try to keep parts of their lives intact only to find out they slip right back into their old habits and ways. the most successful people that i have known that really try to beat these demons get up, move away and start a whole new life for themselves. lets wish everyone in this situation luck and god bless!
