NO, I booked a session with him when his name was Luka or Lukas back in December. What a ripoff! That was a rubdown with a very bad sensual, in his touch I could tell his lack of intention in (fine if he doesn’t do erotic since that was not previously discussed anyway) pleasing me or get me aroused. He is very handsome, hot chiseled chest and strong legs up close you can tell he is in his early 40s even if he pick older pictures when he still looked in his early 30s, just making that clear for those of you who are picky about that. Not a satisfying experience and yet funny enough this trained with 7+ years of experience masseurs are as bad as a rookie but charging premium and you can find an actual masseur working on a spa for a cheaper per hour rate and high satisfaction at the end!

I’ve seen him once (booked a session through RM instead of the spa). His English is limited but strong enough for basic communication. The massage was more sensual than deep tissue, but overall I was very happy with the session and would repeat.

Heading to NYC soon and want to check this out.  What is the correct protocol at a spa--never been.  Want to leave happy.  DM me with details.  

I think Shangrila's prices are reasonable and in line with other NYC men's spas.  I find spas to be less than half the cost of a private mssseur. However, there is the expectation of a tip equal to the price of the massage charged by the spa if the customer leaves happy.

Enjoy with Bert, communicate your needs beforehand in order to know if your expectations will be met.

I’ve never had problems booking Bert, did you book ahead of time or did you book within the same day? Because there has been a time or two I’ve come out of the room and there is already another client waiting for him and the other fella is doing a massage so is possible the double booking happened in a short amount of time and there were no people to call you to reschedule, that’s my logical guess. Sucks regardless but If you mention that to him, I’m confident he’ll make it up to you 😏
