I can see that inflation may have had an effect on rates going up post-Covid. But I see a “legit” provider in Phoenix for $100 for 90 and he does stretching, hot stones and keeps it professional. His rate did increase $40 from pre-to-post Covid. I had another legit who pivoted to escort massages and I quit seeing him as his rates skyrocketed to $300 for a legit massage.

Not in Phoenix. The bad masseurs start around $125; the decent around $150; the escorts $250… The rotating travelers hardly ever get my business. I’ve definitely slowed down hiring based on the outrageous rates.

The texting are probably other impatient clients that demand their repeated texts to be answered immediately. If you all would wait patently for your responses then perhaps undivided attention would be paid during your sessions. Just saying…

I’ve hired him before. He is real and not a scam. My experience was great and we actually hung out afterwards.

He used to do erotic at one time.

You posted about him before in this thread…

There was a recent bad review on RentMasseur.

Jamie has re-evolved under a new username. Very mediocre massage and is definitely not 28, has to be in his mid to upper 30's. More of the escort masseur if you're into a quick rub and tug.

I’m glad these issues are finally being openly discussed here. I posted other threads about this issue of escorts posing as masseurs. This has an impact on services, when customers make it easy for a pretty body or pretty face to make a quick buck because they want a cheap escort the rest of us suffer. Young guys see a fast cash opportunity and flood the market with inexperience. Please continue the discussion!

I’m assuming you’re trying to be cute…

I’ve literally thrown in the towel too. I haven’t hired in over a year. Same reason, 80% are just glorified escorts under the “masseur” flag. They do a basic half assed rub then move straight to the tug to end things. What a waste of time and money. The good guys have either quit, moved completely into escorting or moved away from Phoenix.

According to his Instagram he’s been pretty heavy into high end escorting. I think you need a Mercedes S-Class and a Black Card to gain his attention.

I have a conversation thread bordering on this topic. I’ve found that so many providers on RM are typically escorts posing as masseurs. Like seriously, Rent.men is the same company that operates Rentmasseur… move your escort business there and leave the massage business where the intended site is for. Cause seriously, when you see a review on Rentmasseur with fees paid $300-800… come on… 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

He’s usually at the culdesac at Papago Park most nights. Why buy the cow when you can sip the milk for free.

More like 39!

You’re the one who pointed it out for a reason. But sometimes people need to be reassured they exist. So, good morning and welcome to our world today.

And this got under your skin on a Monday morning? Seriously? 🤦🏽♂️

Experiment revisited: I was curious to see how young Andrew Cunanan is doing with her high rates and book of platinum clientele. Fast forward three months later and we now have an expired ad with zero reviews. Appears that this formula for marketing doesn’t work well. Especially in this economy.

That’s my whole point guys — exactly that — the flood of advertisers on RentMasseur literally flood the site as Escorts when the true reality it’s supposed to be for massage. The same company owns and manages both RentMasseur and Rent.men. How hard is it to just advertise where that demand is and where that pointed service is sought? I have tried all spectrums of RentMasseur types to find that a vast majority want to just escort and not do the massage. I pick the guys with muscles a majority of the time because it’s nothing for them to give hard pressure which is what I want. But as I stated above — I could list a number of providers I have found and they started great, but they pivot to escorting or drop out from massage altogether. Looking at the rates and reviews is one method I use to sort through who is legit and who is not. But Masseur Finder isn’t any better in my opinion. They just happen to regulate ads much more than RentMasseur. At least they learned from the fiasco that was “Rentboy.com.” Honestly, it won’t surprise me at some point the Feds either prosecute RentMasseur or it gets block from use in the United States.

Therein lies the axe you wish to grind with me, and that is Rentmasseur as an escort site. That argument is asinine. The very nature of the site is for massage. The very nature of Rent.men is for escorting. This is my point! Apparently this isn’t coming through clear enough. The very definition of masseur is the operative action of providing a massage. The sexual actions then bisects escorting as the main attraction and what has made Rentmasseur a primary escort site versus legitimate massage. I warned this was a rant, however your argument in favor of escorting on a ‘massage’ site seems to be lost in translation here.
