  1. He says he is “very non judgemental” (sic) “and open to most scenarios”, but that he does not bottom. Fine. Good for him. But why then change his name to Goldenhole? Is he signalling that he enjoys ws? The word hole in this context usually denotes the one on the other side.
  2. Nothing about him attracts me. The beard is bizarre. The home shots tell me he’s a mess and doesn’t mind being in one.
  3. I wonder if basic biology doesn’t favor the female brothel model. While some guys can get it up on demand, there’s no guarantee that it will always work. Hence the start and stop nature of porn shooting, with editing to make it appear effortless. Women, on the other hand, can substitute good acting for arousal, and do, making their product potentially available every time, on time. That can work when the guy is a bottom, but not always as a top. The pharmaceutical contribution can help, of course, but male sex workers need a different availability pattern.
  4. I don’t know if this is the place for this, but hope it will be of interest. I learned today of the passing last Monday, Sept. 16 (I believe), of Master Tip, a longtime member and leader of the Master/slave community in New York City. For many years he was the organizer of the MAsT chapter in NYC. His tireless work on behalf of that organization made it a stable element of fetish life in New York. On a personal level, he welcomed me warmly when I nervously tiptoed (as it were) into his orbit, and remained cordial for years afterward. I and I am sure many others will miss him in many ways.
  5. Pardon me for asking, but ... BestDeaths??? Am I the only person here who thinks that is sick?
  6. Is that sur le pont? Could sauvignon be the slightly wilder (plus sauvage) version of avignon? Or is it a possible displacement side effect?
  7. For the last 2 or 3 years almost every time I wanted to buy clothing I could not find what I wanted in a retail store. Where I live, an affluent medium sized California coastal city, we had what used to be a decent array of mainstream and specialty stores. They have been downsizing and closing one by one. I go in and half the time they don’t have anything even close to what I want, and if they actually do, they have the item but not in my size or not in my color, etc. Happy to order it, of course. But it will take a few days. They’ll call when it arrives. Such frustration. The last thing was a pair of flip flops. Found what I thought I wanted in an REI, size 11, so excited. At last. Tried them on. People in Vietnam, where they were made, must be smaller than we are. No larger size in stock. Defeated again. Back to Amazon. Fifteen minutes looking, found just what I wanted at half the price. It arrived as promised, fit nicely. The one exception was a good quality sports jacket I needed on a visit to NYC. Found just what I wanted just in time for when it was needed. Where? Fifth Avenue to Vanderbilt, 44th into the 50s, with a dozen or more quality major men’s stores from Brooks Brothers to Men’s Wearhouse and everything in between, and many specialty shops as well. Preppy heaven. But where else in America can you find such a concentration? Certainly not in Southern California. I’m perfectly well aware what Amazon is doing to retail. I think it is a disaster for our economy. But just try to get what you want when you want it and you will know why. I think American in-person retail needs a huge rethink.
  8. This reminds me of the joke about the Sweet Young Thing who moves to Boston. She is trying to make new friends, so after church she says to one of the older ladies, “I love your hat. Where did you get it?” To which the answer is, “My dear...We have our hats.”
  9. Thank you, maninsoma. It does seem strange that the owner is not being charged. But it sounds as though the next years will make purgatory seem like a vacation in comparison. Bankruptcy seems almost certain, from the legal fees alone, let alone civil judgments.
  10. There was no link to the fuller story. Perhaps more is happening than just these two pleas.
  11. His ad is up: https://rent.men/Killian_James He identifies as bisexual, says he only tops, only sees clients at his place in NYC on the UES. Some of his pictures are the same as in previous years, which I have always found very appealing. SM is offered. I confess, I have always found him hot, hot, hot. I liked his entrepreneurial drive when he started out, and have rooted for him along the way. Anyone with recent experience? Please share here or privately.
  12. Thanks! You guys are the best!
  13. I’m visiting NYC later in June. Haven’t been there in a while, so don’t know the current talent well. I love smooth, medium height or short muscle bottom to versatile types, happy, fun to be with. Gabriel Cross is my ideal if that helps. Any suggestions?

  15. Good advice, b2b. There are lots of good value quality hotels. What are your main interests? Map them and find a tube-adjacent hotel that gives you maximum walking access, since you like to walk. If you like history, you might try this alternate tube scheme: https://londonist.com/2016/08/the-tudor-tube-map
  16. Always. First thing after getting out of it. Not complex, your basic pulling the sheets and blankets taut and getting it all lined up right. I feel jinxed if I leave it for whatever reason. OCD? Perhaps. Think of it as OCD with benefits: At least one small part of my life is as it should be. Makes me feel good.
  17. Over the years I have been to the Holiday Inn, Gloucester Road many times. Do a bit of poking around and you may find a good deal. Great location, right by the Gloucester Road tube station, on the line from LHR. Big, modern place, not a lot of Olde Englyssshe charm but solid value. And, I believe, free wifi.
  18. Boy am I glad I clicked on the link. I thought at first the name was a satire on the real Saint Tristan, our own best Baldwin boy. Whew! A finer lad could not be found. The other ??? Well, thanks for the heads up. And thank you, real Tristan, for setting the bar high and clearing it every time.
  19. I think the line between sedans and SUVs has been blurred for a long time. Having driven Priuses for years, I wonder sometimes which they are. Technically an SUV, I suppose, since there is air where the panel behind the rear seat would be. But it certainly does not feel like an enclosed four door pickup either. That kind of “SUV” has dominated the market here in California for years.
  20. I have looked and looked for information about this image -- which i love! It came from Tumblr, but the site is so full of images I can's seem to locate it anymore. Does anyone know who this incredible model is? https://78.media.tumblr.com/61456904e45e0ce64751cdee1a3d444e/tumblr_oj68qhVGEH1ukhjdwo1_540.jpg
  21. After looking at his pictures all I can say is, BRR! Well, one other thing... Mater conjures up a slightly different set of responses....
