My local bank just sent me an email offering: 12 month: 4.75% 24 month: 5.25% I'm getting 4.25% on my high interest savings account and the fed is only gonna raise rates one or two more times a quarter of a point. Really thinking about doing a 24 month CD.

I had a friend check on .eu and he has the same issue I do. When you click on the messenger feature it'll open up the window but just stays stuck on the black screen. Won't load the chat menu. I'll just use rent.men when I wanna use the messenger feature. I just prefer .eu as it's not so in your face with the profiles and features. Oh and I messaged their support team about it and they told me just to use rent.men for no issues.

Usually though if a guy charges 300 for an hour he'll do 500 for two. At least in my experiences. I'm starting to ask more about a 90 min rate. If a guy wants 300 for an hour I'll ask if he'll do 400 for 90 min.
