-Forum should be geared towards clients because we outnumber providers on here big time. -Big time NO for a client review database. This was discussed a while back. I have heard of providers asking for the client to send the uber. I'm guessing it's so they know it's a real meetup. As far as if the provider gets the uber then should the client pay for it. Just depends on the provider.
