At the county fair this past summer they had reverse ATMs. If you wanted to pay cash you had to put cash into the ATM and get a card to use then at all the vendors. Nice way around it. 😝

The i bond rate is supposed to reset at the beginning of next month but with the shutdown there is a big problem. They are not planning on releasing the inflation report for this month if we are still in a shutdown and that info is needed to calculate next month's i bond rate.
