I questioned this guys pictures a few months ago. Something is not right with it but I am not sure what it is. I also remember seeing another ad over the summer with a similar looking guy but the exact same copy. I would insist on FaceTime before scheduling anything with him.

He has taken all the money he made from scamming people in NY & went to Arizona to get away from the cold. Unfortunately he will be back in NY soon & Rentascam will continue to allow him to post bogus ads.
