It is my understanding that some guys will travel upon request, but most likely on terms I wouldn't extend to someone I've not met. In my mind, there is no connection between having multiple successful sessions and divulging personal info. I think in this situation, each person is free to offer or withhold their personal info at their discretion, it's totally up to them and no one should have an expectation.
 
A client is not doing an escort some kind of favor by disclosing their real identity and an escort is not shady if they never do. I would never never never ask someone this. I can only imagine the firestorm if a thread were started about an escort who asked his repeat clients for personal info.
 
On the other hand, there are people here who don't have a nom de guerre, so they never have to decide when to out themselves. My point is that it's their prerogative and their prerogative alone. And it shouldn't have any bearing on the sessions.

It depends on the escort and how comfortable they are with the client. If you are comfortable with the escort just ask.
 
A few of the escorts I've hired, some of which are members of this forum, told me their real names immediately the moment we meet in person.
 
Some guys I have flown in I gave them the option of me reimbursing them if they bought their ticket or I'd buy the ticket for them. When buying a plane ticket for someone else you have to know their name. Most of them, without hesitation, game me their names. Once we met in person, they usually told me they didn't mind if I called them by their real names or stage names. I usually call them by their real names.
