  1. +1 to Namwa. I used them back in May and had an amazing experience. Can’t wait to go back. 🙂
  2. There is a lot of hate for Grandee on this forum… so while I acknowledge the risk of getting a pie thrown at me, I had a pretty good experience today (not amazing, but good.) Good enough though that I plan to repeat and will have it on my list whenever I’m in NYC. I’ve had awful experiences at Energy, so I understand why people get upset if someone else recommends a place where they’ve had a terrible experience. But I wanted to share my experience in case someone like me finds it valuable. Here’s what was good about my experience at Grandee today: - Good communication via text when I wanted to book, including helping me find a masseur that’s to my liking - Super cute, friendly, communicative mid-twentys, very fit Asian masseur (if you like younger Asian guys, this might be the place for you) - No hassling for tips or discussion about tips during the session - Full 60 minute massage, no time shorting Here’s what was bad: - Massage was just ok, I would say technique was 5/10. But all things considered my experience was 7/10, maybe even a bit higher. -Facilities are old and while it’s not the cleanest, it’s not terrible either. Much cleaner than Energy IMO, I didn’t feel gross. Frankly I have been in many massage parlors in other cities that are much worse. That’s the end of my rant. But if you like a decent massage and (like me) want the attention of a younger, attractive Asian guy then you will probably enjoy yourself. For those that don’t find that exciting, don’t come after me. ☺️
  3. I checked G Man out today. Did body scrub + massage. I had solid experience with Eason, a very fit late 20s Asian guy. Very nice and cute. They had a white guy late 30s with tattoos and a mid 20s Latino guy there as well. Facilities are newer and pretty decent.
  4. Are any of the guys at New Paradise younger/twinky? Thinking of booking VIP.
  5. Despite the mild chaos in this thread, for those that see the title and want an actual review, I wanted to note that I had two great experiences at East Men Spa. If you like Asian twink masseurs then this is likely a good spot for you. I will note I had a hard time communicating with them for the appointment and it seems hit or miss requesting a specific masseur… but both my experiences were great.
  6. What’s the best spa to find young/twinky asian guys in Manhattan? Any recommendations for spas or specific masseurs? I will be visiting next weekend but won’t have a ton of time and won’t be able to hire to my hotel room this time… so want to find the right spa.
  7. Been here many times as well. Had great experiences with a masseur that’s no longer there sadly. Still recommend, massages are top notch.
  8. I’m also curious and interested… looks like he is in Vegas now. Could this be a syndicate situation? Or just a traveling masseur?
  9. Encourage folks to not talk like that when we are speaking about people now working at a legit spa, puts both the spa and provider at risk.
  10. Curious if anyone has tried any of these guys. Assuming they are completely different than the the photos, is the massage still any good?
  11. Totally get that @TectonicThrust, I would have passed the same judgement if I wasn’t into Cody. I don’t have other therapists yet, but happy to share once I do!
  12. Offering an alternate perspective here as as I have seen Cody twice. I definitely agree he is very skinny, but I am into that. While English is certainly not his first language, I did not have any trouble communicating with him. He has understood all of my questions and answered them, even though he isn’t always speaking in complete sentences. As for the experience, I usually do the 30 min body scrub plus 60 min massage, which I find really enjoyable. I do agree that it was not the best massage ever, but I would still give the massage itself maybe a 6/10. He starts with very mediocre pressure, but once he gets oil on the skin the pressure amps up quite a bit. I think if he cut down the pre-oil portion (some masseurs are great at it, but he isn’t) that would improve the experience. Whole experience is about a 8/10 for me personally… I will note that my second visit was better than my first, I probably wouldn’t have rated it as highly after my first time. As for the experience checking in and making an appointment, I think it has improved a lot since pre-2020. You used to not even be able to request someone because they insisted on rotating staff at random, but now when you call they will tell you who is working and let you request. I will absolutely be coming back here and trying some of the other masseurs. There is probably a bit of trial and error required to find the good ones.
  13. Any more updates on this place? I almost made it.
  14. Had an amazing time in Manila with a stop in Tokyo. Had fun almost every night, save when I was working.
  15. Sorry this is late… guessing I missed your window of opportunity. I will say that I had an amazing time in Manila and I didn’t need to use any sites like that. There are many massage spas with all variety of guys, and the standard “dating” apps also are useful to find people. Feel free to hit me up via DM if you have questions.
  16. Love that they have pics on the site! Hope they keep that up and add some new folks. I have seen Alex at Sparadise and previously at The Sense, he’s great.
  17. I’m looking forward to some fun experiences in Asia (Tokyo, Manila. maybe Taipei) next month.
  18. Google says that some of the spas mentioned on this forum are 20-25 minutes by rideshare from HND. I understand if it were NRT it would be a much different story.
  19. It’s not NRT, it’s Haneda (HND).
  20. I have an 8.5 hour layover in Tokyo at the end of the month and am planning to try one of these spots. If anyone has any tips or wants to share experiences, DM me.
  21. Looks like I am in fact headed to Manila, as well as some of the islands in the Philippines in May on business. Would like to check out some spas, though I of course will scope out apps and look around Makati malls as was suggested here as well. Anyone have spa recommendations?
  22. I wish I had more time to explore the mirad of massage shops here in the Spring Mountain Rd area. There has to be some cute guys around.
  23. I haven’t ever been asked that at Candle. As far as being asked this in general at any of the spas in this forum… If it is a front desk person that asks that, I politely nod and then completely disregard the request. That disregard has led to several amazing massages Typically if it’s a front desk person they are just trying to keep order and prevent hanky panky in the spa. In the highly unlikely event that I disregard the request and there is an issue (never happened), it’s easy to claim misunderstanding. If it were the provider asking me to do that, I would comply but likely not ever return to that provider.
  24. I went to The Rhyme twice just getting whatever male therapist was available and it was not memorable. Do we have a mf link for Robbie?
