True travel sex stories. Any you're willing to share?

I have had people try to text me on my landline number without realizing it doesn't get texts, and I have accidentally written phone numbers down incorrectly that I don't use regularly. It sounds more like a genuine miscommunication rather than a deliberate avoidance. What do you have to lose by asking him to get together?

True travel sex stories. Any you're willing to share?
+ Charlie replied to m4same's topic in Fetish Forum
In August of 1968, I decided to spend a few days vacationing in Provincetown, on Cape Cod, at a gay guest house I had stayed at a few years earlier. On my last day there, another guest ® chatted me up. He said he was traveling with a friend (J), whose birthday it was, and he was trying to pull together a few of the guests to go to dinner to celebrate his friend's birthday; he invited me to join them. That evening eight of us from the guesthouse went to a local restaurant, and seated around a large table, I found myself next to the birthday boy. We started talking, and after a while I realized that no one else was speaking: they were all watching the two of us. We had become totally absorbed in our conversation. After dinner, we all went back to the guesthouse, and as probably everyone expected, J and I ended up in bed (our rooms turned out to be next to one another). Around 2am, I said to J, "You know, I think we are going to spend the rest of our lives together." We exchanged info and made arrangements to meet again in NYC the following weekend. The next morning J and R left to continue their travels around New England, and I went back home to Pennsylvania. The following weekend we did meet in NYC. By the end of the year, we had signed a lease on an apartment. And we have eaten dinner together on his birthday ever since. -
Also appropriate for the multi-tasking thread.

From your description, it sounds like what they wanted in return for their hospitality was a free medical consultation.

Somehow I managed to post this message twice, but I don't know how to correct or combine the two.

Interesting question; it's probably not allowed anywhere at the airport any longer, but I don't know.

Can this icon be removed from the options? It isn't used often, and when it is used it is almost always inappropriate, because the user doesn't seem to understand what verbose means. It means that the post uses long-winded and complicated language, but it is often used as a criticism of fairly short, easily understood posts which the reader apparently disagrees with.

I read that tourists flocked to Death Valley so they could say they were there when it hit 130. Madness!

There has been much less air traffic in and out of PSP since the start of the pandemic. Many flights have been cancelled, and some airlines have ceased service, especially those whose regular service is seasonal, like JetBlue. Alaska is the only airline that has been reliable on a daily basis. The terminal is practically deserted most of the time--even the Starbucks there has closed. Under normal circumstances, there is direct service from Chicago on United; Denver on United and Frontier; SLC on Delta; SFO, SEA and PDX on Alaska; and AA does have service to DFW via Phoenix. The only international flights are from Canada, but they are not running now. It is almost impossible to predict what the airline situation will be next April. I used to be able to tell time by what flight was coming over my house, but almost all the planes I see now are private aircraft.

Duke, the 9 year old poodle whom I mentioned in my post in this thread in 2011, died four years later. This morning I opened a drawer, and discovered his favorite toy, which I didn't have the heart to throw away then. It still made me choke up.

My cell phone number apparently once belonged to someone else, and whenever I make a call, his name shows up on the receiver's ID. I have tried several times to get it changed, without success. Of course, it would be convenient if were an escort and wanted to use his name as my escort name.

When we travel with our dog, who expects to sleep on the bed with us just as he does at home, I always bring a big king size sheet and throw it over the entire bed so the dog never touches the hotel bedding.

I have no close family members, and as I have grown old, there aren't many people with whom I socially interact in person even in normal times. Much of my social life in recent years takes place on the tennis court, and luckily I have not had to stop playing there, so I can get regular physical and social exercise simultaneously. What I do miss is the anonymous social interaction of public spaces, like restaurants. On the other hand, I find myself interacting through emails and phone calls much more frequently now with old friends around the US and Europe whom I rarely see in person any longer. I am one of those people who doesn't use social media (other than this site) and usually can go for days without using my phone, but now we are all stuck at home most of the time, so we have time to chat on the phone or exchange long emails. For the past 20 weeks I have written a "weekly update" of my mundane thoughts and activities to a dozen old friends, several of whom I haven't seen in years, and they often respond in kind. It's remarkable how many people say they enjoy hearing the details about my experiences at the supermarket or the dentist in the Age of CoViD that we are all trying to navigate.

Wait a minute! Does that mean you are now 100 years old or more?

It was not my first live concert, but does seeing Bette Midler at the Continental Baths count?

I think this is the first multi-photo ad I've ever seen on Rentmen with NO skin revealed.

Martha and the Vandellas in 1962.

Was the concert at Tanglewood? One branch of my family lived nearby, and I spent many happy summer vacations there.

Spontini's Agnese di Hohenstaufen, in the live recording from the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in 1954. Also Gli Ugonotti from La Scala in 1962.

I don't have a real bucket list any more, which may be a bad sign for me. However, there are plenty of things I wouldn't mind seeing or doing again.

How Did You Find Masseurs Before The Internet?
+ Charlie replied to Dmitri's topic in Spas & Masseurs
I hardly ever found a good escort through PGN, except for the ads for Premier.
