I really don't think it's racist.  And if you find something objectionable, then just ignore it.  We are just making fun of guys who use fake photos and try to scam us.  Why can't you just skip this post if you don't like it?  Why does it have to stop because you say so?
Ok - so you want to point out individuals who use fake photos and try to scam then you can do so without the generalizations. xenophobia and use of racial tropes. 

I don't know if I'd go so far as to say it's racist, but it's insensitive to the history of Chinese people being accused of organized crime. I don't know the race or ethnicity of people commenting, but if others point out that it is insensitive, maybe think about it. 

And if the guys were French? Argentinian? Saying that they were in a French syndicate or Argentinian syndicate would be a correct as Chinese syndicate.
Lemme change the name to Chinese scammers collective. Is that okay?
I suppose that Nigerian Prince Scam is also offensive? Yes, I know they've branched out to Ghana and other places in West Africa. 😇

Your familiarity with the term syndicate is severely limited. Or you have a very specific axe to grind on this particular topic. 
My partner is Asian. He too receives tons of IMs on Grindr from the syndicate -- and he thinks the term is quite appropriate.

If you're talking about visibility and creating relationships that aren't heteronormative, some of the famous biggies would be Fallout 2, the Mass Effect games, Dragon Age games, Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, and Sims 2. More recently, Undertale and The Outer Worlds continue to increase visibility for nonbinary and even asexual existence.

There are so many games on Steam that I don't even know where to choose from haha. I've recently got a new gaming laptop and I'm ready to play anything. The only thing that's stopping me is my wallet because every good game comes with a price. I've been playing a lot of online solitaire and I'm curious to see what Steam has to offer related to board games. I love it when a game tests my mental abilities and puts my brain to work. The truth is that I'm even developing some skills related to this. Maybe I will make my own game one day, who knows?

I don' care what kind of relationships are shown in games, what matters to me is the story, graphics, how cool the characters are, everything else is secondary. My top list is always lol.
