Usually, when someone does not want to respond through RM chat to confirm meetup, its not a good sign. It usually means they are not gonna follow through on the terms agreed by text, because you can't then leave a rating at all on RM; because RM assumes you never met because there is no evidence in the chat. Thats the new tactic from these guys.
