Avoid. Foolishly, I sent a photo at his request when he had a Rentmasseur profile. After providing my address information and confirming the appointment, he cancelled at the arrival time and then blocked me on RM. 
If you care to know more, here are the details:  His profile on RM was showing available and I sent an email and received a quick response. Based on the positive email exchange, I texted him to schedule a session. After providing address information, he asked for a face photo for his safety. I was hesitant, but the communication had been very positive so I sent a photo. He responded right away and confirmed the appointment time. Just before the scheduled time, he texted that there was an emergency with his son and he needed to cancel the appointment. I responded that I understood and wished him well. When I logged into Rentmasseur, he was showing available and had blocked me. 
As far as the photos, the Masseurfinder photos are a much more enhanced version of his RM photos. 
 

Had a massage with Aleksei when he was in Atlanta last month. Massage skills were good. He was nude and offered very sensual touch throughout. The experience was spoiled after all of the teasing with a $100 up charge for self-release or with his assistance.

Similar experience to @Babyc in Atlanta this weekend. It was a bad massage on a bed with baby oil.  Would not recommend. 

I'm located in Atlanta and have been to quite a few locals and traveling masseurs. To be fair, I won't list any "Stay Away" masseurs and will list the best from my perspective. Keep in mind that YMMV (your mileage ma vary). This is no particular order:
1. Tim: https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/28143/ . The Dragon https://rentmasseur.com/TheLastDragon. Top notch. Very sensual. Great townhouse and setup. Provides a convenient shower and massage on a bed. I do not like bed massages but Tim gets it right. Good stretches. Quality lotions.  Keep in mind that West Atlanta can have a lot of traffic to move only one mile.
2. Marc: https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/35838/ . Looks much better in person than his profile pictures. Been to him over 5 times. YMMV. Very professional and hygiene conscious. Takes great care of his body.
3. Tom: https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/16647/ . Great massage. Good dad bod. Pretty far out from the midtown. It is a hike to get to him but we click. Good guy.
4. ArthurATL: https://rentmasseur.com/ArthurATL . Hot, Hot, Hot. I prefer massage rates around $120. His price menu was higher but I took the plunge one time. I really enjoyed the massage but will probably not repeat unless the menu pricing comes down.
5. Bigitalianhands: https://rentmasseur.com/bigItalianhands . Located near Tim. Kind of an odd guy, but he is great at what he does. Beautiful body, very sensual and attentive. Found it odd that he talked about a recent girlfriend. To each their own.
6. Arielathome: https://rentmasseur.com/Arielathome . Went to him once in Sandy Springs. Great massage. You can tell he has training. He remained clothed the whole time but I could tell he had a nice tight, muscular body. I got the vibe that I could have pushed boundaries a little further but I did not. I also got the feeling he had a partner and restrained himself. Looks better in person.
7. EddeM: https://rentmasseur.com/EddyeM  . Had over 4 massages with him that were great. The last massage, I was face down and got the impression he was distracted / sending text messages while doing repetitive, one hand moves on my back. I ended the last massage early but did pay in full. I kind of regret ending it early. I could tell I hurt his feelings. Great guy. Great massage. Sadly, I burned that bridge.
 

Alan was in Atlanta for several years and I was regular client while he was here. He is a trained therapist and excellent at what he does. From deep tissue to relaxation, I found him to be intuitive about what the body needs. Alan is very laid back and on the quiet side which I appreciated. 

Avoid this guy.  Mediocre massage skills that start at $200 hour at his place.  Everything else is an upcharge.  Zero passion.  Zero enthusiasm.  He is new to RentMasseur, and he is obviously just seeing how much easy cash he can rake in.
