I'm not well versed in massage modality terms, but the massage was done with a lot of pressure (you can request to adjust if you need more or less, but he's very strong and can provide a lot), with palms, forearms and leg sometimes, a bit of body to body as well. A lot of kneading, rolling motions and some stretching. Is it Swedish or Thai? Heck if I know, but it felt good and it worked. I will also say, he found my knots and gave them special attention and it was not painful like with other masseurs

I agree with most of the comments, but I will say this. I have seen providers who I have been worried were part of trafficking or abuse in these spas. I hope they get the help they need, wish it didn't ruin it for the rest of us.
