  1. When's the best time to go now
  2. Call ahead, make an appt, go, relax, go with the flow, tip well. Couldnt be easier.
  3. I doubt Kareem could have wrote it better himself. 😉
  4. I went a few weeks ago. Two guys were working. Both asian and were wearing masks so hard to describe what they looked like. Massage was adequate, but too light at times. But I left happy. Definitely worth checking out the other options there.
  5. New Paradise is my go to place for non-extra massage. Always has a solid massage but nothing ever crossed the line. Plenty of other places for that.
  6. Agreed. Dunno how extra the extras were but 100% is right in line in my opinion.
  7. I think we can safely assume it's not for mens grooming...
  8. Oh gosh - I 'm not sure I have the energy or the crayons to respond to this, but here we go. Contracting COVID is not "essential 0" for vaccinated people. mRNA vaccines provides a 95% risk reduction, less with J&J, and less against any of these variants. None of these are = 0. This has been widely published. About 38,000 died in car accidents last, about 500,000 died of Covid-19. 38k is not less than 500k. Not that these two are events are even comparable equivalents. See "false equivalents". Just because you can't mitigate all risk doesn't mean you can't practice risk reduction (or a modicum of common sense). First remove the threat then remove the protection. Not sure what you were a [preppy] student of, but I'm guessing it wasn't math, science, or stats. TV/VCR repair, maybe? 😉
  9. I'm fully vaccinated and so are some of my go to guys, so I'm comfortable getting a massage now. But I'll be 100% masked walking up into Whitetrash-Mart. I trust the mask more than people these days. My two cents on dropping the mask mandate is that it's just going to drag things out even longer. Ug.
  10. Anyone been to M Massage in Piedmont? Any feedback?
  11. They renovated about half the rooms over COVID. I'm staying in a brand new room, so I'll report back.
  12. Yep. They've renovated, I'm vaccinated and infection rates are very low. So I thought I'd break my dry spell there. I got some catching up to do
  13. Anyone been to Parliamentary House / Metropolis Complex in Augusta lately? (No relation to the now shuttered one in Florida). I'm thinking of checking it out for Memorial Day. https://www.metropoliscomplex.com/parliament.html
  14. The painful part is that it's SO obvious.
  15. I miss The Gold Coast. Probably was there 6 or 7 years ago. It was... an experience.
  16. Yes, and if you had read the thread you'd see I even commented on it (twice). I asked for recent feedback not a thread recap. So, again, since it reopened over a week ago any recent experiences? I would like to support the place.
  17. Anyone been to Time Square Men's Spa lately? I'll be full vax'ed soon and looking for recent recommendations.
  18. Alex from Utopia got married last summer and moved to Austin.
  19. Poor guy. I imagine business is slow to begin with and this is undue stress.
  20. Completely agree. Covid came to mind also, but coulda been other reasons too. Plus the NYPD has always been harsh if gay/gay friendly establishments. Glad it's reopening - it's one of my faves.
  21. And what part of the report do you think is untrue? Your call seems to support it. ALSO YOUR CAPS LOCK IS ON. smh
  22. I think... it depends. There's two thing I'm looking for now: 1.) Vaccinations. I'll be vaccinated next month due to the acceleration of timelines and the sharp increase of supplies. And I'll be looking for masseurs who are also fully vaccinated. 2.) Low infection rate in the area. I'm currently in a high infection rate area, but driving to the outer shore later in April where there are only 45 cases in the whole county. I will certainly feel safer there and may get a massage. While nothing is 100% I've made it 13 months COVID free and I ain't trying to screw it up now! Be be safe my friends.
  23. I just cancelled my April PV trip. Deaths have topped 200K (likely much higher), Torurist cities have been particularly hard hit due to tourism. They started vaccinations then ran into a supply chain issue. I don't know if vaccinations have resumed. From social media there's little compliance to social distancing and mask wearing. As their going into the rainy season I image it'll get worse before it gets better. I'll rebook for November. https://wtmj.com/national/2021/03/25/mexico-tops-200000-covid-19-deaths-but-real-toll-is-higher-2/
