  1. There's also Utopia on the east side and it's like a 15 minute walk to the west side. The east side has low traffic after 5 and even less when everyone is working from home on the west side. Moving downtown was a smart move.
  2. Skull Island.
  3. I think these terms are very open to interpretation by both parties.
  4. Looks like the staff moved to Alpha now.
  5. I've passed by this place many times and wondered about it - but looks super sketchy. Me and my full body will just stay outta this place.
  6. And Andy. Was just over this week. Solid as usual.
  7. Either they disclose their vax status up front or it's no deal. I'm not even interested in having he conversation anymore. My dentist told me up front he was vaccinated. My barista wears an 'Vaxed' button on her apron. I shouldn't have to be an government agent to figure out my risk for a completely optional recreational activity. "I don't want to disclose it" is your answer and mine replay is "Have a nice day" *block*. I have no patiences for these people anymore.
  8. So consolidated feedback from several threads looks like Alpha has: Adrian from the Caribbean Tim - African American Royal - African American Bert/Albert - Latino I'll probably go over this week and just do 'Next Available' and see what I get.
  9. I went Late-Feb 2020 right when people started talking about COVID. Made it back first week of March and my office shut down one day later. A friend of mine almost got stuck in Mexico as there were shutting down flights. Anyways we stayed at a gorgeous AirBnB and went out every night. We (four of us) went to Wet Dreams twice - the guys are very aggressive about selling lap dances, which I don't care for. Two got lap dances and rated them mediocre and expensive (500 pesos/$25 USD). Two of my friends didn't want to go to Anthropolgie as it's had a bad reputation in the past, but me and a friend who was in the Marines are more adventurous and went over and had a GREAT time. The atmosphere was very chill, the guys working that night approached us but were much more calm and relaxed. I think for one tip and two drinks I had the attention of several boys for the couple hours we were there. Had some great conversation which led to the private rooms. I think, some of the places really depends on the night and mood as I've had variable experiences at the same place. Swung by Spartacus - it's busy after work and then again around bar closing time - but it's hit or miss. Given it's location it's easy to swing by. I did the Hammam Spa - which was a glorified bubble bath given by some really hot latin guys. It's a bath/massage/steam experience. I was left squeaky clean at the end (but was hoping for a lil dirty). I have reservations to go back for Thanksgiving but that's not looking good due to Delta (I thought we'd be outta this by now).
  10. I started going again in June when numbers were really good. I've pulled back now that numbers are spiking. I'm fully vaxed but Delta don't play. Hopefully they'll leave off soon and I'll return.
  11. When's the best time to go now
  12. Call ahead, make an appt, go, relax, go with the flow, tip well. Couldnt be easier.
  13. Any Latino guys at Alpha?
  14. I doubt Kareem could have wrote it better himself. 😉
  15. I went a few weeks ago. Two guys were working. Both asian and were wearing masks so hard to describe what they looked like. Massage was adequate, but too light at times. But I left happy. Definitely worth checking out the other options there.
  16. New Paradise is my go to place for non-extra massage. Always has a solid massage but nothing ever crossed the line. Plenty of other places for that.
  17. Agreed. Dunno how extra the extras were but 100% is right in line in my opinion.
  18. I think we can safely assume it's not for mens grooming...
  19. Oh gosh - I 'm not sure I have the energy or the crayons to respond to this, but here we go. Contracting COVID is not "essential 0" for vaccinated people. mRNA vaccines provides a 95% risk reduction, less with J&J, and less against any of these variants. None of these are = 0. This has been widely published. About 38,000 died in car accidents last, about 500,000 died of Covid-19. 38k is not less than 500k. Not that these two are events are even comparable equivalents. See "false equivalents". Just because you can't mitigate all risk doesn't mean you can't practice risk reduction (or a modicum of common sense). First remove the threat then remove the protection. Not sure what you were a [preppy] student of, but I'm guessing it wasn't math, science, or stats. TV/VCR repair, maybe? 😉
  20. I'm fully vaccinated and so are some of my go to guys, so I'm comfortable getting a massage now. But I'll be 100% masked walking up into Whitetrash-Mart. I trust the mask more than people these days. My two cents on dropping the mask mandate is that it's just going to drag things out even longer. Ug.
  21. Anyone been to M Massage in Piedmont? Any feedback?
  22. They renovated about half the rooms over COVID. I'm staying in a brand new room, so I'll report back.
  23. Yep. They've renovated, I'm vaccinated and infection rates are very low. So I thought I'd break my dry spell there. I got some catching up to do
  24. Anyone been to Parliamentary House / Metropolis Complex in Augusta lately? (No relation to the now shuttered one in Florida). I'm thinking of checking it out for Memorial Day. https://www.metropoliscomplex.com/parliament.html
