Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I know that nutrition and excercise et. al. are the correct way to go. I have dieted all my life and the results have varied from thin to fat. Unfortunately, it seems that my body keeps deciding that I should weigh in at about a weight where I am not obese, but also not svelte. The spa is to help me with the extra 10 to 20 pounds that I habitually carry. I have a big function (50 year anniversary) coming up and I just want to fit into my tux!

By controlled I mean where the menus and activities are pre-set to help with the weight loss.

Want to go away for two weeks to a controlled gay environment to lose weight. Preferably here in the U.S. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have a regular masseur with whom I spend an inordinate amount of the appointment kissing.
