Personally I think we should close this thread. It's just become a lot of back and forth. I think we kinda get the two sides of the story at this point.

Both times I tried it, kinda ended up a bust. The most guys I was ever able to put together was three and partially it's because there was this local couple that could easily be hired together (I have hired couples multiple times. It's actually fairly easy and not that much more expensive). It wasn't as expensive as you'd think.
