I'm a sucker for a great smelling man - not so much strong cologne but when it is just a brief scent.  Recently while traveling on a flight, a well dressed gentleman sat beside me.  I didn't think much of his looks, but then I got a whiff of his scent.  I found it to be very sexy and then noticed his looks more.  I finally said to him, "you smell great, what are you wearing?"  He smiled and told me the name of the cologne and then proceeded to tell me how "his wife bought it....his wife loves it...his wife picks out his clothes."  I found it funny because I think he felt odd having another man asking him about his scent, so he needed to make sure he mentioned a wife numerous times.  Maybe I was drooling, who knows!?

South Jersey here, no issue getting the flu shot and latest Covid booster at CVS.  Looked on last Wednesday, got an appointment for Saturday and got both shots no problem.  Felt a little crappy Sunday/Monday but was fine by Tuesday.  good luck!

I have had an increased amount of these kind of texts as well.  I was advised by the IT person at our company that even if there is no link, unless you are sure it is a real text (and need to say who is this) you should not reply.  By replying, they confirm it is an active phone number being used for texting and then can spoof your number to use in other text scams.  Not sure if that is all true, but I'm not taking any chances.  On a side note, the phone calls about my vehicle warranty expiring is out of control!  I rarely answer any calls that are not in my contacts.

I've had the same experiences with logging in - scared me as I thought maybe it was a hacking issue.

Ooops - It was 10,000 (not 10 million)!  Sorry for that mistake, maybe it was wishful thinking!?

They are a staple at our family Christmas gathering as well.  This year, between about 12 of us, the largest win was $20 and a few smaller wins for $5.  About five years ago, I won $10,000,000 on a scratch off which was incredible, but I have never one even a single dollar after that (I only play them when I get them as gifts, never buy them on my own).  Happy Holidays!

I actually have a friend who offers legit massage services and requires a $10 deposit to book a spot that is non-refundable (he does allow you to reschedule if you give more than 24 hours notice - but you only can do that once).  He says while it is a small amount (his hourly rate is $100), it does tend to keep the "flakes" from wasting time and has considerably stopped no shows/ghosting.  He's a very honest guy, so no misuse of names from Venmo/Paypal, but I understand some may use it as a game.  He said if nothing else, if they sent him the small deposit and then no-shows, at least he made a bit of money off the time wasted.

I was in the same situation a few years back.  A RM hire became a friend, we would hang out (non-sexual) have dinner, etc.  He had fallen on hard times, wanted out of the business, and needed some help.  I offered him a place to stay and we made an agreement (verbal and written).  All went pretty well for about 4 months - there were times he was jealous of me going out on my own, having friends, over, etc.  I think even though we had a clear agreement that we were friends, there were expectations beyond my control.  He ended up losing his job and went back to escorting, using drugs and alcohol, and basically "squatting" in his room.  Even with the written and signed agreement in place, it was VERY difficult to get him out.  Long story, it ended up costing me a ton of money, stress, and heartache.  From my experience, I say do not do it - too much could go wrong and legally it is very hard to kick someone out of your home, even if you own it.  I'm one who always likes to see the best in people and help when I can, but I am going to be much wiser when it comes to my home in the future.  Good luck!
