It looks like Cavill was 21 when he was told he didn't have the right body for the role. He definitely has it now. He certainly filled out his Superman suit. -

It sounds like my experience, which was 2 years ago, was similar to @curt gregory - strong, strictly therapeutic massage. -
I agree with the suggestion that you might benefit from therapy. I don't know you, but it sounds like the sex stuff is a symptom of a larger issue (e.g., low self-worth). You further mentioned a history of suicide attempts, which is quite serious. Therapy would be a wonderful place for you to unpack your psychological dynamics while developing more adaptive ways of responding to emotions.

I saw him around 2.5 years ago. The massage was on a bed and short. I wouldn't repeat. Perhaps he has improved since then.

My most muscular meet-up was with Aaron Lazzaro. He had just completed a bodybuilding competition, so he was big and lean. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, but he was a nice guy.
