Yes, Ben is in LA and he just left my house. He is very real and his pics are accurate. He does live in Madrid, which is why his number bears Spain’s country code. And I have no problem telling these guys that. Interestingly, I've had several come back after I've told them that their rates were ridiculous and offer me a significantly lower rate.
