Smoking weed Jerking off Watching Prime Video -
I have to be honest, when I saw the subject of this thread, I read it as “Instant Pot” as in “Instant Marijuana”. Got quite disappointed to find that it was about cooking. OK, I guess my mind just goes to such places on auto pilot. ?

My mother grew up in the era when the word “gay” was used to describe something cheerful or happy. I remember the time she told me “I love your shirt, it looks very gay”. I got quite freaked out by that as she had no idea that I liked guys. I just told her that it really wasn’t appropriate to use the word gay in that context any more.

Hey guys, has anyone been to this guy? Reviews are good and he changes his pictures frequently. https://rentmasseur.com/Rentmasseurjohn

When did you finally embrace your Daddy Identity?
David1024 replied to orville's topic in The Lounge
I had lived a mostly straight life until acknowledging my gay side a few years ago, so I still feel young in this side of life despite being in my 50’s. A couple of years ago, I hired a handsome escort in San Francisco who claimed to prefer older men. From the way he treated me I’d say that was true. When I was about to leave he gave me a hesitant look as I hadn’t yet paid him. I did what I often do and slipped the money into his underwear right next to his beautiful big dick. He smiled and said “You bad daddy”. That’s the first time anyone had said that to me and I took it as a compliment. -
In California you don’t need a real estate attorney. The seller’s and buyer’s agents do all of the contract work. But it doesn’t hurt to get an attorney to look over the contracts. The other big thing in CA Residential real estate is disclosures. Any defect KNOWN to the seller must be listed in the disclosure schedule. If the seller genuinely did not know about a big defect like this, they do now and will have to list it on the disclosures. That means they are selling a defective property and the selling price should be adjusted to allow for that. If you back out of the deal, they will need to disclose to another prospective buyer and will need to adjust the price. Of course there’s a possibility that they knew all about it and just hoped it wouldn’t get discovered. Either way, the seller should pay the cost of the defect, or at least meet you half way. You could roll the dice and back out of the deal because of this and there’s a good chance they will come back with a counter, but you would have to be prepared to lose the house if they have another buyer lined up. Good luck with it!

Have you ever apologized for not following someone's advice?
David1024 replied to a topic in The Lounge
If not an apology, there should at least have been an acknowledgement that your professional advise was well directed. For 13 years I did not visit a dentist out of fear and a bad experience I had at one point. Finally while living in NYC I needed to seek dental help and got a recommendation for an amazing dentist. I decided to honestly explain my fears to him and the reason why my teeth were in such bad shape. Instead of judging me for my neglect, he was kind, compassionate and promised me he would prove that dentistry could be painless. When I left NYC and found a new dentist in CA, I wrote him a letter to thank him for curing my fear and keeping his promise to me. Medical professionals rarely get any acknowledgement when they provide more than the basic service, which is what @Unicorn did. -
I was in Madrid in February and saw these two guys, both are highly recommended: https://rent.men/Manuel_Top https://rent.men/JorgeLover Manuel, was in Germany for a while and looks like he’s in Africa right now, but he does intend returning to Spain.

I seem to not be receiving text messages through Google Voice from some people but it works ok for others. I typically use my GV number when contacting providers. Anyone else had this problem?

Re-arrange these letters to form words: 1. PNEIS 2. BUTTXES Did you get “spine” and “subtext”? Yeah, neither did I ?

Hey guys, has anyone been to Marc in San Francisco? Looks like he also went by the name Rodrigo at one point. https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/5088/

I agre with a lot of the comments posted here. I rarely hire a guy under 30. I prefer someone with a bit more depth and personality than a young pretentious twink. The first time I hired an escort I was nervous and told him so. It turned out that I had found an experienced, professional guy that had been in the business for a while. He gave me a great time. Number 2 was a younger guy, new to escorting, but again gave me a great time. Number 3 was the complete opposite, not into it (or me) at all. Had that been my first experience I would have become very discouraged. @MicroSDcard, where are you located? That may help you get some good suggestions from this form.

I always try to meet up with him when I go to NYC. He doesn’t advertise any more, but still makes himself available for clients. He really is a sweet and sexy guy that never disappoints.

Depends on whether you are with other people or on your own. If you’re home alone, a few hits of weed followed by watching gay porn. Pot + Porn + Jerkoff = Good sleep. ?

I stumbled upon this 2018 movie on Amazon Prime and watched it last night. It’s about two guys on a road trip, starting in Berlin, who pick up a third guy along the way. There’s no plot or real story line but the sexual tension that builds up between the three of them is quite intense. There’s some amazing camera work, both in the beautiful German countryside and the bodies of the three characters ?

I’ve seen this guy a few times and would definitely recommend him. https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/25720/

I think it’s relevant to still have a resume, but make sure it’s consistent with your LinkedIn profile. The thing that the resume does not do is to show endorsements and recommendations from others, or who is in your network. You can also add other stuff there, for example, any volunteer or non profit work you do. In today’s environment, it’s illegal for an employer to ask any questions that are not relevant to the job, so an online presence that shows you as a more complete person can be very helpful.
-
one of the most important things to have these days is a current LinkedIn profile, with a (flattering) headshot and as many recommendations and endorsements as you can get from personal and professional contacts. The resume is a thing of the past; many potential employers will look for the professional touch on LinkedIn, together with the relevance of their skill set. Good luck!

If it’s empty, I doubt that it would register at all. There’s always the possibility that you might get selected for random secondary screening, in which case they will take a look at everything. Getting TSA Pre is well worth $85 for five years.
