    I always use the "phone trick". As a client when I'm at a provider's hotel I always make sure my phone (and my Apple watch) is on silent and act like I'm having a fun conversation with a friend. If hotel staff are watching me I just make sure the hear me saying something like "oh I'm at the hotel waiting for Jeff/Rob/Andrew (whoever) to come down and meet me. He's in town for work and I stopped by to see him" That way they think I'm visiting a friend thats "in town". Works for me and it kinda lets the hotel staff know why I'm hanging around. I do the same if I'm waiting for my provider at the lobby of my own hotel. Honestly I only do this if I feel like someone is watching me (which is my own paranoia lol)...if not then I just don't care.

     

    I agree with most comments though. The more suspicious you act the more suspicious they'll be. Just go on about your business and you'll be fine.

    I met Erik last week while he was in DC. He is 100% worth it and I can't wait to see him again. We had similar backgrounds so talking with him was so natural and easy. Judging by the way our conversation went when I was setting things up with him I think I was communicating with him directly. I was having travel delays but kept him up to date on my progress and he was more than accommodating. Didn't feel like a middle man was involved at all.     This week a client who happens to be White asked me if I would take him (Im a massuer) even though he is a white client...and he was serious.....(most of my clients happen to be white so of course I took him). Then a Black client yesterday also asked me the same thing...So here I have white guy and a Black asking me if I'll discriminate against them.....Is this really a thing? Why would I? Do clients think I care how much or how little melanin is in their skin? Am I in the twilight zone? Was this just a coincidence? Is this happening to others? What in the hell is going on out there?

    Yes this is very real. Just look at some Grindr profiles. I'm Black and when I find an escort that doesn't have any racial hang ups I'm so surprised. On several occasions I'v been turned down or ghosted when they find out I'm Black. I'm a successful put together clean cut guy and I've still had a door closed in my face by a provider. When they ask my race in a text I just think to myself oh no here we go again. Sometimes they're ok with it and other times they're not. I'm pretty fair skinned and one time I just sent my picture to a provider....we met had a good time and after it was over the conversation about my race came up. The whole time he thought I was Hispanic or "mixed". He kinda looked disappointed like I had tricked him into fucking a Black guy. I just flat out ask if they have an issue before I even try to make plans and waste my time. If you don't want my Black dick then you won't get my green dollars.

    It depends on where you're living. SoCal ppl have very flexible schedules, so day time's no problem. NYC ppl work till 8 or 9 or even 10, so late night may be only option. Oh and those SoCal people who are from the East Coast tend to prefer late nights.

     

    When I was an escort in my 20s I took all the 3 am calls just because I thought it was sleazy and fun.

     

    Once I was in line at 2am to get into the Hollywood Spa (bathhouse). My pager went off, I used someone's nokia (remember that ring tone?) to call them back. Drove to the hills for an appointment. Finished just before 4, still felt energized, so I went BACK to Hollywood Spa and fucked till Dawn.

     

    I switched to day time and early evenings in my early 30s and remain there now.

     

    Point-being, late night is exciting and exhausting. Also, there's more likely to be drugs if that bothers, or excites, you.

    Oh yes The Hollywood Spa....brings back some memories!!!! And they even had a cafe where you could get your late night munchies to go after you were done.
