The real person in the photos is quite active in England. 
Using the links, you can find many of his photos and videos. 
The person who placed the bogus ad and "borrowed" the photos for the ad is not too bright or not knowledgeable about photo tracing. 
It is good to have this site so we can weed out the fraudsters.

The problem with the photos is that they come from an instagram page where it says the person in the photos is from the U.K.
As most of us know, England has been closed to most tourist travel since March of last year.  
There is an additional link at the above provided link that takes you to some videos made by the person in the photos.  The videos can be viewed for a fee.  Again, payment to view the videos are to a U.K. company.    
I think it is highly unlikely the photos in the ad are of the person placing the ad.  
 

Agree. A couple of other things jump out at me:
The face in the tank top picture is so small that you can't tell whether it matches the other face pics. While the other face pics are of the same guy (you can tell by his right eyebrow) they appear to be f different vintages Notice there is no last login date. That's the Friendboy equivalent of an expired profile. All that plus the warning makes me say "pass. "

I think that’s the kind of review we could use more of. I’ve had a few similar experiences - their appearance and personality are as expected, but they can’t perform as expected. I think that doesn’t matter to some clients, especially those hiring more for the company, but to others it does. It’s not a one star out of five experience, but maybe a 3 or 4 star. I’ll need to start leaving reviews like that myself when I get back to hiring.

This is a great example of where the provider could have created a win-win. Imagine if he had said something like

I think you should write a review. However, you should avoid criticizing the escort and instead report the facts: you did not feel warmth and connection when he arrived; he tried to top but was unable to perform; and you had an all-oral session. You don't know why he was unable to perform (could have been due to a lack of connection) and it really isn't relevant. The important part is he was not able to top you despite trying to do so.

You should be factual in your review. I think you can convey an honest review without being unnecessarily critical or disrespectful. I agree with these 2 statements. Write an objective review.
Treat it like the review of a contractor who didn't finish the job you paid for.
The discounted rate shouldn't affect your review. He shouldn't take jobs if he's not in prime conditions.
