I am communicating my experience (which mirrors similar experiences/sentiments) on a public forum with fellow members. I gather you work for (or have friends that work for FriendBoy), great. Advocate for it all you want. But aggressively coming out of left field to defend a dodgy website by name calling isn’t exactly benefitting your cause and it’s all very counterintuitive. There is a way to offer a solution and clarification and that is not it, friend. And if you are a representative for FriendBoy, I stand by how I feel about the website.

Nope. There have been moments when I’ve found myself very enamored by clients because we share mutual interests, but nothing romantic is happening outside the confines of that transaction. Who I am on the clock and who I am off the clock, while very similar, do not correlate nor intermingle. Business is business. I could never develop feelings for someone who has paid for me. I can recommend Jules & Jim in the heart of Le Marais. Very quaint and chic boutique hotel with a courtyard. Exceptionally clean, quality toiletries (Molton Brown). If you are solo the Double Room (Hi Macs) will do you just fine. The room is not huge, but nor is any hotel room in Paris. It’s central and walking distance from everything. The room lacked personality but it was fine as I spent most of my days out. Amsterdam is definitely a city to Airbnb in. You are not required to clean everyone’s apt per your comment. That is why some of them have a cheap cleaning fee so you can just stay & go and Airbnb offers charming properties in the area. The hotels aren’t the best. Utilize Hotel Tonight or Hotels.com. Amsterdams catalogue is not huge, but Paris offers more of a selection. However..taste vary per individual. Maybe let him decide and not put a damper on his trip before he even gets there? lol
