I cant believe in our society nowadays how many young people have no vision, no drive and no desire to stand on their own two feet with a career to support themselves. Seeking arrangements, rentmen etc is all about making fast, easy, big money with little or no effort nor learned skills. My generation went to college, got a degree, hired onto a job as a career and many times with enough drive and determination started your own business. Capitalism at its finest. All the while paying taxes and contributing INTO the system. Now it's about easy money, no career and when you cant make ends meet want the government right there for your share of the handouts. So lazy, unfocused people not paying taxes INTO the system but want big money for doing little to nothing then expecting government handouts taking FROM the system. Hmmm....This country is fucked!

I wonder how much of these scams come down to sociopathic tendencies? Knowingly harming or hurting someone without remorse/little remorse and still going through with the act is considered anti social behavior. Many times brought on by very bad childhood trauma. Great points guys. The problem is when a guy does something that has a short shelf life... porn or not.. time goes by. A 26 year old that gets into porn for 3 or 4 years even if successful, now has an even worse dilemma than they had at 26. 4 more years of others advancing in careers and now at 32 can become more unmarketable or even harder to get into a career. im not an attorney but if condition of employment is you sign an employer policy document and you breach that policy you can get canned. as long as the policy within the document isnt discriminatory then the employee would have too hard a stretch to fight. attorneys arent dumb. they will only take cases that they think they can win or if big enough give them free publicity within the media realm. remember the case of the gay flight attendant that got caught on film in a bathroom on a plane with the gay porn performer (his name evades me right now). i dont think that was contested and he was canned. breach of policy. maybe right now during covid and layoffs a person can use the "im not working at this time for the company and i need money". that may be enough of a leg to stand on that the company wont fight a termination. again im not an attorney to know. i just think most of law is about being impartial and using common sense.
