I believe Luke Rivers is a scammer. I contacted him while he was apparently visiting NYC & staying at a midtown hotel. He insisted I pay him in advance on Venmo even though our agreed time to meet was within an hour of my contacting him. When I looked at his Venmo page the photo attached to the account was clearly a different person (though similar in looks). When I questioned him about this he insisted there was no photo on his page. Really?
