The only reason I avoid wheat products, only in the US where I don’t trust the quality, is because people with O+ blood like me experience slight bloating from its consumption. I can eat bread in Europe with no problem.

Sobering article. The gluttony of Americans can be appalling. The fate of the employees equally so. I just got back from three weeks in Europe, mostly in Germany. This article encapsulates their view of American “gastronomy” and rapacious PE capitalism.

I’ve rarely been asked my age. Since I look younger than my chronological age, I never volunteer it.

I’ve done overnights in the past, but only with providers with whom I’ve developed a rapport. I’m easy. After dinner, we have a fuck session. Then some wine to chill out. He really has zero personality. One of the most boring encounters ever. At least he was much cuter 5 years ago. No ways he’s 24. He was working as a bartender 5 years ago.

When I’m in Europe, as I am now, I usually walk at least 8 miles a day, often more. I really do walk fast, especially in the morning, unless I spot a hot young German man! Then I slow down a bit. Appreciate the responses!

One of my younger friends says that gays walk faster than straight people. I know that I’ve always walked pretty fast, but I always attributed that to my Type A personality. Also, I often track my speed on an app. Is this something any of you have observed or know anything about? A harmless Monday morning distraction!
