I always text first and then, if it looks promising, follow up with a phone call. I’ve never asked for a pre-meet, which I agree is a waste of the provider’s time. Since I prefer longer engagements, I consider the initial two hour session to be the compensated “interview”. -

United is really one of the worst majors in the country, while Delta has really stepped up its game and American remains the same. 20 years ago I was a United regular at platinum; but now I can’t remember the last time I flew with them. -

I will add that in my experience, the younger they are the less apt they are to be great kissers. One exception from the past was the very popular Jimmy Joe, from LA.
