  1. Such pretty boys. Sigh!
  2. He was captain of the Cal swim team. Hot! https://calbears.com/sports/mens-swimming-and-diving/roster/shane-forker/14853
  3. To have built a community that collectively is in sorrow over his passing shows the impact that Daddy had on so many lives. Few men leave behind a legacy like this. It’s often brought out the best and most compassionate in us.
  4. He doesn’t know it yet; but he’ll be a gramps before he knows it.
  5. The two in the middle, please.
  6. I was in a remote area north of Cabo for three weeks in February and it seemed pretty COVID-free. I was impressed with the mask-wearing. Most of the excellent farm-to-table dining was outdoors.
  7. Stunning, especially with those lovely green eyes!
  8. I was only there once. It was a bit of a jumble. I’m not a Gauguin fan, nor did I care for that Russian artist. Yes, the others you mentioned were superb. I’m glad I went, but it didn’t wow me enough to return, not that I’m in Philadelphia that often. As for the last sentence, I only experienced it in Center City and it wasn’t crowded at all the day I was there. I’m vaguely aware that it formerly was somewhere on the Main Line.
  9. No cable or TV in either house. I certainly enjoy Amazon Prime and Netflix, I must confess; although the shows are all beginning to look the same.
  10. I’m not familiar with any Rentmen functionality like that, but I’m sure that the majority of providers have great experience with and perhaps fondness for bears.
  11. Go right ahead, then!
  12. Remember the KYW “catch the spirit, the spirit of ‘76” jingle?
  13. I agree with all of your spots with the exception of the Barnes, which I believe is overrated.
  14. I agree. I prefer Madrid to Barcelona and Munich to Berlin.
  15. Of course, the obligatory trip to Dubai, the pic in the Lambo and the lip filler. I’d imagine we’re looking at a $500 per hour boy here.
  16. 5’7 and 170 pounds doesn’t strike me as a New England preppie set of stats.
  17. Does anyone enjoy being smacked in the face? During a hot session?
  18. I have some interesting things from my father’s side: a desk from 1835, two silver and gold monogrammed belt buckles from my great grandfather and great uncle, some silver baby cups, a sampler dated 1827 and my maternal grandfather’s Croix de Guerre. Sisters have silver and fine jewelry.
  19. Friends agree that Philadelphia punches above its weight, especially its cultural institutions, colonial neighborhoods and restaurants. The rolling countryside with its tidy and historic towns and villages to the north and west are also quite charming. Of course, like most of the US, some of the inner suburbs in Lower Bucks and Delaware County are squalor zones.
  20. Was in Paris in 1997 and watched the Bastille Day parade. Stunning city, but never had a desire to return. Same with London and Barcelona.
  21. I lived in Boulder for two years and, like many of its residents, rarely went to Denver. There seemed to be a rivalry.
  22. I hope that doesn’t apply to travel to San Diego. It’s absurd and unenforceable.
  23. Foolish Gustavo should have been aware that his outrageous words would ignite a cascade of two minute hates.
  24. That’s what I’ve heard. Not a fan of crowds of British drunks.
  25. Holy fuck!
