I'm afraid the Big 12 will soon be history. It will not be remembered fondly like the old Big 8 or Southwest Conference. Unfortunately, wherever Texas goes trouble follows. Ask Nebraska, Missouri, Colorado, and Texas A&M, plus most of their old Southwest Conference teammates. At least in the SEC Texas will seat on the back bench for quit some time!

Thank you for saving this precious dog! I rescued two Rough Collie puppies at 9 weeks old last February. They were both tiny when I got them. Now both weigh close to 65 pounds and are still growing. And, yes they look just like Lassie! Rescues organizations are struggling to place homeless dogs (and cats) into much needed loving homes. Thanks again for your commitment to this dog @coriolis888 And, to the one who dropped this baby off, I have a dull pocket knife to castrate it with!

My two favorite teams are Alabama "Roll Tide" and SMU "PonyUp" (I'm an alum at both schools). In my opinion the four best programs are Alabama, Ohio State, Clemson, and Oklahoma. The biggest jokes in College football are Texas and Michigan. FOOTBALL IS BACK NEXT MONTH!!!!

I went to see the Texas Rangers last night in their new ballpark. It's not JerryWorld, but it is nice. Air Conditioned baseball was greatness. Because outside the dew point was 70, the humidity was in swamp crotch mode, and the temp was 95 at first pitch.
