People are attracted to different things and they can’t always explain it, You have a fetish for trade. I have a fetish for bodybuilders and athletic types. Trying to figure out the whys of someone else’s attraction is pointless.
 
And what’s most important to one person in hiring may not be important to another. I think the general consensus is the hire is engaged and willing, on whatever level, to do what the client wants to be happy.
 
The two things that matter to me most are that the guy is engaged and that he will kiss. Kissing drives me crazy.
