My dog had done great with Natural Balance for years. Fwiw I just read an article that said grain-free diets have been shown to increase heart problems in dogs, but I don't remember where I read it.

There is, or was, a guy on MF named Nico in Uptown who advertised as tantric. No clue if it actually was tantric, but was a decent massage and well priced.

Not only did his pic never change but he never seemed to get any reviews, which is odd for someone on MF that long. Always scared me away. -
YMMV with Ethan, though I haven't seen him in a few years. I remember it being a very strong massage. David gives a great massage.

Masseurs might share space if they want to be well located and/or don't actually want you in their home. I remember there being a location in Chicago like that, at Irving Park and Lakeshore. Maybe one of the more knowledgeable Chicagoans can clarify, but those guys may have even had some sort of "manager" that managed them all. Just a thought.

Green jade spa (feel good massage on your list) in Wilton Manors has a great deal on half hour table shower and hour massage if you go before 1. I think there are two therapists there but I don't know the other one's name. Recommended. -
