Ah I just got back from SF today and missed him! Looks like he comes out here to SoCal once in a while though.

For any hiring, to make sure both parties are happy I think it would be best to assume that no one is obligated to share anything. If something is a concern for either party, they must ask the other person before agreeing to meet. That way nobody is disappointed or humiliated.

I totally understand the circumstances and hope the OP seeks the medical care that he needs. My PEP experience was a little different. I had a needle stick injury while in med school involving a patient with opportunistic infections and super low CD4 that had never been diagnosed nor treated and I ended up having to take the 3 drug cocktail. Indinavir made me throw up three times a day, but I’m glad I stuck with PEP. I hope the OP comes back and let us know he is ok.

Been back once with a little less intense experience, but great nonetheless.

I have been taking the generic Cialis, often 10 mg at a time. Maybe it's all in my head but despite having the usual overnight headache the intended effect is more often than not decreased compared to the original.

I think there are a few guys in LA who are good-looking, a little more mature, and really know their craft. Personally, Rod Hagen was the first one with whom I really had a good time. I do not always enjoy penetrative sex due to the pain, but I thoroughly enjoyed being with him. I am sure our forum members will have a ton of suggestions for you. You can try searching the forum as well.
