Contacting me first if you're going to be running late goes a long way with me. I'm much more willing to extend out the time (within limits) if I'm not having to track down the situation. 

I usually have them come to me, and I realize there can be traffic issues, parking issues and such. I'll grant more leeway on that depending on the guy. Up to an hour.

If I'm in a hotel lobby, I generally will wait about 20 minutes max with no text or contact all. If I'm not hearing anything by then, I'm out. And I'll grant about 20 more minutes if there is an issue. But 40 minutes is pretty much my max. 

I usually do two confirmations after an appointment is set. So say I make an appointment at noon for a meeting at 9 p.m.

I've seen him a few times since my original post and can verify what guest Davebk said -- easy to get to and park, very nice setup, great technical massage, nice sensual elements at the end.
