The sheriff puts the handcuffs on the other. As the three walk to the border the bad guy tells the sheriff that he can't take him across the border without extradition. The sheriff uncuffs him. The sheriff crosses the border. The chief tells the bad guy that he shouldn't be there and pushes him across the border where the sheriff arrests him. Good show!
