On the recent episode of "Blue Bloods" the eldest son of the detective is going off to college. He is helping him pack. He included condoms. I don't recall it ever beeing said if he is sexually active or not.

However the other guy wanted more than my insurance company was willing to pay. He took me to Small Claims Court. Ultimately the judge awarded him less than what my insurance company had offered him.
