Beverly Hot Springs is great if you're looking to relax but wouldn't mind a low to medium chance of some low-key action.

I've never been to K-Town. But be very careful at Premier 57. The attendants walk by the steam room and sauna periodically, and you basically have no warning. I've seen guys kicked out of the spa because they were caught hooking up.

This is the reason I only do massage at non-M4M spas. Last outcall I did (off Yelp) ended with a surprise BJ. Stopped it immediately, but the massage was ruined. I don't want to have to think about my masseur's sexual and STD testing history. P.S. - Go to Soothe some time later and who gets assigned? The same guy! Cancelled the massage and rocked myself to sleep.

I had some sort of bath service at Kabuki once and was shocked that it actually meant the guy was going to bathe me while I was butt naked! I was a newbie and had never heard about that or scrubs... I thought I would be left to do that by myself.

Am I the only one who thinks that starting to moan (during what's supposed to be a therapeutic massage) is odd and creepy?

Maybe I'm just uber-lucky...I was recently staying at a 5-star hotel and decided to check out the spa. I happened to be about to put on my robe in the locker room when the attendant came in with fresh towels. I said "hi", grabbed a towel from him and went to shower. There were two showers with completely clear glass doors opposite each other, but one of them had an "out of order" sign on it. I obviously hopped into the other shower and started to soap myself down. Low and behold...the attendant comes over to pretend to make sure that the "out of order" sign on the opposite shower was properly posted (you know, pushing along the edges on the adhesive, smoothing it out). I caught him looking a few times, so I continued showering facing him. He continued to watch me. After a while, he moved back to continue laying out the towels but kept looking at me from the locker room mirrors. So I stepped out and started to towel off with a hard on in full view of him. And he came over and gave me a fast and furious hand job...while looking at the locker room door nervously every so often. I'm starting to think that what might get them comfortable (aside from attraction and opportunity) is my attitude. I'm pretty chill and don't act desperate, you know? I let them take the lead and come to me, and I come off as someone who is not going to freak out and will recover quickly if someone walks in on the action.

What is your top recommendation?

I haven't seen him and don't know what interactivity means to you, but did you see the video on his website? I'd bet that you could ask him how far he goes without it being an issue.

I agree with that. If you ask the wrong person, they might go into the massage thinking you're likely a creep. And then an erection or unintentional brush against the masseur/masseuse (say, as you go to scratch yourself) could be perceived as very inappropriate, as opposed to unintentional.

I saw him once. He was very nice and looks like his pictures. His massage was okay, skilled but not the best I've ever had. I got a HE (more than I expected or really wanted).

You can limit the people who get to see it by stepping out if you're not comfortable, which is what they did and is not inherently wrong. I do agree that how you do it matters, and there's no need to be cruel about it (or to force others to leave instead of you leaving).

I can't speak to @Ludo's experience, but I only ever saw the typical not interested/ignoring/slash stopping the action if someone people weren't interesting in either tried to join in or hovered to stare.

I never had an issue there, but I understand where you're coming from. However, I don't think a guy is necessarily "bitchy" because he doesn't want to hook up with just anyone who strolls by. I don't want to start a whole controversy here...but, is it so wrong to want to hold out for someone who you're more attracted to? I mean, you seem to think that your "decent" shape and "very large unit" is or should put you in the game with people looking for "model gorgeous" guys. So you're think in those terms too. Would you have hooked up with someone who is not in decent shape and has a small unit just because they tapped you on the shoulder?

I second this post. I always felt that Wilshire was very dingy (though I saw a lot of open action in their dirty sleeping room). Century is cleaner and has more space to move around in/explore.

One has to remember that, at the end of the day, bellhops/room service staff really want that big tip (no pun intended). So they have be nice. If you were the object of his supposedly flirtatious behavior but didn't pick up on it, maybe he was just being pleasant, not flirty. I wouldn't put stock in someone else's reading of a situation in this instance.

I don't know that I would try anything unless they make the first move/send strong signals...particularly in a Latin American country given the generally macho-type culture. That could be unpleasant and embarrassing for you, if not outright dangerous.
