You're barking up the wrong tree with BW. I have literally never met anyone who got any type of action from a masseur there. Part of it is the fact that they absolutely drill it into the staff that they will call the cops, and part of it is that the doors don't lock and the rooms may not be as private as you assume they are as a client. I'm not sure I understand your correlation between "minimum wage jobs are a-plenty" and low escort fees. If we follow the concept of supply and demand it would seem that a place with loads of jobs would allow the worker to take their pick and either choosing to escort, or being choosy about one's rates as an escort would be borne out by the market. Whereas if jobs were tighter and work was harder to find an escort would be very motivated to charge a lower price relative to their own prospects and the financial standing of those around them. Economics.

I have to echo the same as @lets go - I have had dozens of legit masseurs who after a few sessions have gotten a little more handsy. I think there's a few factors: I always tip very well. I keep it casual and not creepy or trying to get a HE. I'm a big leaker so I'm certain I've left wet spots on the sheet and the draping. I have a pretty big dick that's hard to ignore when hard.
